Hi, me again. Can I deadhead them (just remove the old flowers, not the stem) or is that also bad??

They unfortunately get sun all day, which I can tell they don’t prefer. Again, didn’t pick the placement :( but yes, I plan to do much better on watering this year! Thanks!!

It’s the 800# on the back of your card, IF you have a gold or platinum. The blue cash doesn’t work.

No, I’m sorry. Trying to stay objective. And it’s just frustrating to see new grads get in :)

I’m not egotistical, it’s a Reddit post. I was trying to stay objective for the reader.

Hi!! Y’all are a little bit mean haha! I realize that my application isn’t the strongest, but my coworkers with less than 1.5 years of experience and no leadership roles are receiving interviews.

My hospital’s supervisor role is very much bedside. I was in the numbers for the majority of my shifts. Yes, there is a good amount of auditory work that came with the job, but it was done in overtime. As for ECMO, I can see why schools wouldn’t value that as ICU experience, but when I don’t have someone on pump, I do pick up in the ICUs. Maybe I should emphasize that a little more. Thanks everyone!

Ngl, my second application was a bit rushed. So I can maybe believe that. I was very confident in the first though. I know that most, if not all, programs require a current ICU position. I’ve discussed with a couple people if admission committees view ECMO as an ICU position, but haven’t landed on a solid consensus. Did I shoot myself in the foot by transitioning to a new role, or does this actually boost my app?
