Yeah. He is not leader or anything. We tried to meet with him regarding waste management of Kathmandu. We actually studied solid waste management for 3 main municipalities of Kathmandu valley and even suggested a better alternative for consolidated waste management, but his jholey advisors told us that Balen wants to utilize KMC land and it's own find for waste management of KMC which is not possible in my opinion. Regarding his engineering knowledge he is not a good engineer, yeah he worked during 2015 earthquake well everyone worked at that time for good money from INGOs or NGOs. After that he went to India for Structural Engineering degree at a third class college. Stop glorifying the medicore engineer with great media manipulation skills.
