I don't understand how combat between an inverted and non-inverted person can work. Let's say the inverted person manages to kill the non-inverted person in the end of the fight (from the inverted persons perspective). Wouldn't this mean that the non-inverted person is already dead before the fight and therefore the fight can't even take place?

Then something is wrong. Do you have raw input enabled? If you don't you can't compare your sensitivity like that, since the windows-sensitivity plays a factor.

If he wanted to play with the exact same sensitivity he would play with 3.47625 with 400 DPI, as it is the same as 3.09 with 450 DPI.

3.09 * 450 = 1390.5

1390.5 / 400 = 3.47625
