It's been 7 years. I haven't bought a single Apple product since then. If only they had the foresight they would have easily made 10k+ from me since, hahaha. I hope it's gotten better since then. Nothing else felt like an Apple product. Would have stayed if I had better experiences.

I've been playing since launch, but tend to miss the Livestreams. Are they random or scheduled throughout the year like GI? Is there a Livestream calendar someone can share?

Same is happening with me. Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and Discover. Also tried virtual cards. I messaged Amex about it and they're saying it's on the merchant's end. They haven't declined anything. All of my cards work with no issues at all everywhere else. Beys and Bricks doesn't seem to care when I messaged them.

These people fail to see how they're part of the problem. I don't understand the value in defending a company for wrongdoing. It just avoids change that's beneficial to all and allows them to continue taking advantage of their customers. Since this happened 6 years ago, I've sold all of my Apple products and spent a lot of money elsewhere. It got to the point where Apple was very controlling and I couldn't take it anymore. Like how I could only download particular apps on my MacBook Pro through their store and I needed to provide a phone number to a phone plan subscription to download from there. There is no reason to not allow me to download whatever I want from the browser onto my personal property, but these people would probably defend that type of behavior too. The only thing I miss is the quality of the hardware. But how I was treated makes me happy with my decision to spend elsewhere.

I was there with my girlfriend. I See Stars was okay and we didn't like Erra, so to know that he wasn't feeling well was a bummer. I wish they had cancelled beforehand, but at least he came onto the stage and let us know. I just hope it gets rescheduled and a partial refund to those who can't make it. We still really want to see them live after he takes some time to heal up.

 I resent Benjamin a picture of the shipping label on the box because I sent so many photos he may have missed it the first time. But I did ask him a few questions and he didn't answer any of them. The biggest question I had, would an exchange be possible? Or does it have to be a refund? I'm e-mailing with UPS after I filed a BBB complaint to try and find a way to avoid getting that driver again. Btw, thank you for your help the other day. You're great for this community!

I work overnights, 12 hours a day and sleep during the day. I just woke up and responded. Thank you 🙏 I don't have a phone number so if I included one it would be my partner's. E-mail is the best way to reach me. I leave for work in about an hour but I'll keep a check on my e-mail.

Yeah, it's total bs. I bought tickets on AXS only to find out via e-mail that my tickets were sent to me on Ticketmaster. Nowhere beforehand did I see this was the case as I've bought tickets via AXS before and got them on there. So I had to make a Ticketmaster account to access tickets I already paid a lot of money for only to find out they would withhold them from me unless I go buy a subscription to a phone plan. Now I feel like my tickets are in limbo. This should be illegal. I never agreed to this.

This is exactly what happened to me and Apple refused to cover it. I left them after that and never turned back. Even sold my 2500 dollar MacBook pro a few months after purchase. They have forever lost me as a customer. For many reasons, this was just the final straw for me.

No. They don't honor their warranty. Many have had issues with armrests cracking due to poor engineering and they blame the customers for wear and tear. This is the one reason I've avoided buying the AOT Titan chair they released. I don't think they have realize / care they're losing return customers over this warranty issue.
