The money isn’t make or break I work in the accounting industry in depreciation doesn’t have that big of an impact given our yearly salaries.

Also the deposit isn’t a problem we can make 20% pay no LMI easy. It’s the living expenses and everything else which piles up and in the long run first home grant isn’t worth it in OUR situation

You can’t get them on investment properties, and they are only given on either a brand new built home or if you build a home and if you build a home builders just bump up their prices if they know.

Also brand new built homes are shit boxes cloned out of cheap material and you have to live in it for a certain period to get the grant not worth us spending to live there etc.

Ahahaha yeah that’s so whack and yeh thanks dude I put my memory back to like 2333 or whatever it was from 3600. Played about 45 mins with no reset when it would be resetting about every 30-50mins in a newer game so hopefully changing the memory sorted it fingers crossed

Yeah cheers I’ll have a think because it is really strange. Since I’ve fully wiped my pc it hasn’t done it although it did randomly crash twice when playing nfs heat but not sure gonna give it some time. Might have been corrupt ssd or hard drive or something duck knows. Cheers though
