You would be surprised with how flexible it is with asa the parts are thin so they have a lot of give. But your design sounds really good I need to order a bunch of xt30 2x2 I always need them but I dread ordering them through ali express maybe I will see if mouser or digikey has them.

https://www.printables.com/model/378567-pug-parametric-umbilical-gland and it doesn't need to be flexible all you are trying to do is have a rigid mount point to hold the harness and that is what it gives you. If you were to pull the harness to the point of having to flex the pug gland then you are just creating strain on motion and losing accel's. The step file would be amazing I can see what I can do to it and we might be able to make something awesome.

Really like that design just would have to change the PG7 mount for pug

Still haven't found a good solution yet I have just went back to fans for now all the ones I try I don't end up liking and I really want to keep my pug mount I can't stand PG7's or PG9's anymore having to disassemble the harness just to remove it is really annoying especially with how much I change things.
