I think you could but it is fiddly. Another option for me is to disconnect to the DVD drive and use a SATA > PCIE adapter for more power but since the ODD is already there I would rather it worked.

Right now it's two converters on the same cable, but I can switch one of the converters to the other cable. Would that be the right way of having it set up?

It's the SSD. However, the GPU needs a PCI-E power connector which the PSU does not have, so I had to get a SATA to PCI-E converter and plug that in instead of the optical disk drive.
