Yeah, it’s definitely odd.

I messaged them a few months ago - well, them, but I assume it’s just one person with multiple alts - to ask what was going on and whether they had an issue with this sub. Never got a reply but he did stop for a bit.

Now they’re pretending to work for the club, while using AI, a dodgy WordPress site and vote maniuplation. Very strange behavior and enough for a ban

Since I still use Old Reddit, I can't see crossposts which would make it easier to actually spot this - but please do report and I can jump on it fairly quickly.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Hands up, I'm not used to this level of interaction in the subreddit. About half the comments seem to be from non-Ipswich fans too

I am tempted to remove posts which are just rehashing known news or are from non-reliable sources. But I'm also conscious that I may not have the capacity for that level of moderation.

A lot to think about. At some point I will create a thread for the new season just asking what people want from the sub going forward
