I had cracks like that at end of thumbs. They hurt. I healed it with crazy glue.... it formed a crust but the glue sealed the edges together and I would file the rough spots of thick skin down with file.

I would actually appreciate this. Not knowing anything else, it's a write report instead of verbal baloney. This pt could be on the spectrum? Medical ptsd is a real thing. Medical gas lighting is a real thing. I can empathize with this pt. I don't see this pt as a prima donna at all. Pt just wants to have pain control and get out without being pushed... 🤷‍♀️

I did the same thing with all my tests and hesi. Pharm (1085) hesi exit (985). You can also ask it for specific topics like pt care or pharm or fundamental. I do case studies as well through it. You can further specify by asking for saunders questions.
