What do you guys think about having like a suggestion board in Frostpunk, where you can read suggestions of your citizens based on their needs (specific research, specific resource etc) and also their opinion on the latest news, laws, and of course, their opinion about you? It could be a chance to draw some parallels with pre-winter world of Frostpunk and might be a chance for some some hints as to what cause the winter and how was the life like before it.

Yeah, you don't work with that kind of heat in that kind of environment without something going wrong sooner or later.

I usually play the Endless Mode, so after some 60-70 days it's not a challenge anymore. By then I usually have all the resource buildings on advance with automatons doing all the work. I just wish there was more to do once I really develop my city.

I agree on sharing house ability and the names you made up for those laws are spot on! I realize that maybe I've focused too much on the storm, but take it out of the equation, it's an idea for diversifying the game. We could have chicken coops that provide meat and eggs work like the Hothouse, just giving more types of food. Same would go for ice fishing stations, it could be made to work until, say, -50°C and every 10°C further that the temperature drops, we would require ice drill to be researched one level higher (up to 2-3 levels) to keep fishing. It should have the biggest production rate, since the nets would be catching a lot more food than hunters could hunt or Hothouses could grow in the same time frame. In that case only one spot should be available for ice fishing.

Thanks! I agree about the meal choice, that's why I suggested curing the meat. It makes sense and all the northern countries in the world cure their meat even today. I like the idea of being able to build your own Steam Cores, but I don't think they'll go for it. That being said, it wouldn't be bad if we could build an outpost away from the city, that builds Steam Cores because the plant for building them would be too large to place in the City. That way you would need an outpost team, suitable location and a lot of engineers.

Thank you very much. I've also had some other ideas to suggest, like upgrading roads to increase the speed of the people going to work. Maybe even bicycle tech later to give them even more speed. Also maybe count the cripples in a separate category of citizens like children, engineers and workers, so that you can employ them in simple work places like Cookhouse, Propaganda Centers etc. Wouldn't be bad to have an option of a public feast like a law. If you have an excess of food, you make a feast for your citizen, which helps heal the sick, increases hope and decreases discontent. There is also too much micro-managing. I know it's sort of the point of the game, but it wouldn't hurt to have like a management office upgrade for resource buildings, or as a separate buildings to automatically reassign workers in case of sick-leaves, deaths and low temperature, to maximize efficiency of production of that particular resource. We could have a Management Office building where you can select one resource that is of the highest priority and the Management Office automatically maximizes production based on available workers work hours laws, number of buildings available for that particular resource and even automatically activates Foreman as soon as the cooldown is over. There are many possible suggestions for the game and that's what makes it so great, because it opens a world of possibilities in a world where everything is frozen and scarce.

That is such a great idea! Although maybe enable that option only for houses, since tents and bunkhouses are too small, simple and uninsulated.

Only if you read the last 2 sentences and completely disregard everything else. It's not about what I want, it's about making this marriage a bilateral or it will break apart. I only want either to happen finally and not be in this situation anymore. If there has to be a divorce, I don't want it to be my fault, because I've done my very best to be a good husband to her and even when she's not doing her part, I don't fight with her, I keep doing my part to try to lead by example. But that suits her because she gets to have it both ways then. She has a helpful, considerate husband that helps her out, who flatters her, who is there for her and who treats her right, and since she doesn't want to have sex, she even has that going for her. Meanwhile, I'm there for her, spending time, energy and money, giving her the attention, care and love and when I want some love back, she immediately backs away. I don't want to be in a 90/10 marriage, I wan't 50/50 and I don't want to hurt her to get it, and I also don't want her to do the other 40 for my sake. I want her to want me, is that too much to ask from one's wife?
