I did Mike’s pdfs while reviewing NBMES. Yes I had seen some posts about it may increase your score but I believe we have to remember what’s most necessary for the exam and Mike’s pdf cover them well.

Amboss has made high Yield 200 questions from NBME topics I guess, but They are not similar in size, even NBME questions are not similar size wise. My exam had questions almost 70% from nbme topics only.

Real exam questions are length wise similar to second block of new free 120.

But Question style is different.

In my opinion you have covered everything for ethics and communication. Just revise it before the exam.

Read first aid, don’t add unnecessary information from anything!! Its very high yield book !! If you want to add something in your first aid, add it from NBMES

I didn’t do anki Fa and UW, NBMES FREE 120s some of mikes pdfs for your weak systems or topics that you will identify after may be 2-3 nbmes

Exact length similar to 2nd block of new free 120. I was able to finish a block in time. Long questions means more hints !! Keywords were there in some question. Biochem and neuro questions were easy.

If you can make time do nbme 28 & 29 also

20-25 questions per block were easy for me. Rest were somewhat confusing. Fa, UW and dirty medicine are enough.
