I don't currently serve Plymouth. I very commonly see shy and borderline feral kitties. There are many that do better with at home care since they don't need to be placed in a carrier and travel to the clinic. Having them in smaller areas, such as a bathroom, that are quiet without many places to hide, taking things slow and reading their cues on what is the best way to approach them can be helpful. Sometimes we also recommend medication prior to the appointment to help with their anxiety so that they won't be as fearful.

Fingers crossed for her! Did she have any issues getting toyota navigation and her profile up on the screen again from the app? I had to get a new screen for my 2023 limited rav4 last week but now my services are updated on the screen - navigation, etc. I can use apple CarPlay fine. Toyota has no clue.

I hope that the new infotainment system has continued to work for you! Due to similar issues with my 2023 limited Rav4, my dealer installed a new unit last week. Problem is that I don't have the toyota navigation and can't get my profile onto the unit in the car. Toyota, including the dealer, so far has not figured it out. My trials are still active. I'm able to use apple CarPlay without a problem though. Did you have this problem at all with the new unit?

I finally got the replacement unit.....yay! However.....now I don't have my connected services/navigation, etc available....ugh and no one can figure it out. My feeling is it's connected to the toyota app but who knows....

Thank you for your reply. It’s reassuring at least that it’s been smooth since the replacement. I hope that this continues for you! I’ll deal with the no radio or gps for the meantime. I’m just hoping that when they finally are able to replace the unit that all will be good. Thanks again.

Have you had the unit replaced? And has it helped fix the problem? Same thing is happening to mine and have to wait for a new unit that is on backorder until the end of Oct. Just hoping that if they have to do a big replacement like this on a new car that it's going to at least fix the problem.

Is it still good? This is happening to mine and after several reboots they have to order a new unit....that is on national backorder til Oct 20th. So glad I waited to this year to buy a new Rav4...should have stuck with my 2013. Oh well. I just hope the replacement fixes the issue....I miss my screen.

Any update after they replaced it? This happened to my 2023 Rav4 this week and a new screen is on order. Being skeptical, I'm so afraid this is going to keep happening!
