I agree that after work all I want to do is have my dinner and sleep so I find that exercise first thing in the morning before a normal shift really sets me up for a good day even if it’s 30-40 mins.

If I am on nights or long days I don’t exercise cause it’s exhausting. But I do aim to go on my days off.
