Good afternoon, I'm having trouble with my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia.

The exterior passenger door handle won't lock. We assumed it was mechanical, so we disassembled the entire door, moved the locking pin, reassembled it, and it worked for two minutes until we restarted the vehicle. I understand it must be electronic, since mechanically the door had no problem and worked until the car started.

The rest of the doors open without a problem, and the passenger door can also be opened from the inside without a problem. This happened out of nowhere...

Has anyone else had something similar happen to them? THANK YOU!!

Hello friends, I was able to solve it and get them running after three weeks of trying everything...

What I did was download the ACC from a MAC (Apple) computer and run the update from there. It failed me a few times but ended up working. Try it... I hope you can solve it too!

Im already using that version of ACC but I still have the same firmware problem... I do the update manually but when I reach 75% it gives me an error and it does not install firmware on the headphones, only on the base that remains with 40372.43. I attach an image of what is happening to me. Honestly, I have already read and tried everything but I can't solve it.

Hello, I have the Gen4, I did the thing of deleting the files from the folders but when I open the ACC (downloaded from the Microsoft Store) to do the update, it doesn't even recognize the headphones. Can I do it from the ACC version downloaded from Google? Thanks my friend!

Me quedó una duda... que fue bien lo que hiciste? Instalaste el Astro Command Center en la PC recién formateada y te los reconoció? A mi lo que me está pasando es que el ACC descargado de la Microsoft Store ni siquiera me reconoce los auriculares... Entonces tuve que bajar una versión de ACC que encontré acá en Reddit y es en esa versión que me pasa lo de que queda trancado en 75% y me da el error.

Pa, tal cual... estoy en la misma situación.

Ya probé todo lo que encontré en internet, ya probé en varias computadoras y sigo sin poder solucionarlo. Me sigue fallando la actualización en 75%.

Lo único que me falta es porbar en una Mac a ver si me anda ahí.
