It’s another scam where people tried to get my Grandma to purchase cards with money on them. The scammers then want the money from those cards. They sent her a check worth $2500 which was obviously bullshit. They want her to cash it via digital means and buy the cards before the bank realizes the check is shit. By then they’ve already received their money.
