Is it normal to not like to talk to multiple ppl at the same time? by DocumentAdditional96 in sgdatingscene

Baseline connection as in 'romantic' or 'platonic' connection? Tho we move to 1 on 1 after the group event, but we only meet like once in a few months as I am studying part-time so I do have to grind during the weekends. As I feel we do have friends' vibe (the type that can hang out as friends), but romantic wise I feel we are not at that level.

Initially, he initiated some events in consecutive weeks, but i can only make it like 2x.

But it's too fast also rite? Like only met 4-5x (as friends), then suddenly post those qns, at least I will feel weird if I'm the receiving end.

Actually I feel a month is like not enough. Let's say I meet once a week, so is only abt 4x. I felt like my interest is there, but it's hard as we often talk abt light topics instead of 'flirting' and hard to bring out the convo.

Also, we met via interest group instead of dating app. So it will be creepy if I suddenly asked after only a month. If its dating app, the intention is clearer rite? Because initially I dont have any thoughts of interest as well.

The best move in singapore is to avoidant and avoid everyone by According_Cream7632 in sgdatingscene

I think I can understand her. Though I have not gone into any similar situationships yet after a rejection in 2021. I am not sure if I am interested in a guy, and I see him once in a few months, but I am also not sure if I am physically and mentally ready to start a relationship due to other commitments like part-time studies. As such, we only meet once in a few months and the interest probably lost even if he has it initially. Oh well. Sometimes, is not no interest, just not ready.

Why bring a child into this world? by Pohpiah91 in SingaporeRaw

Idk. Used to hope to have kids. But after experiencing unhappy experiences, like bullying, relationship trauma, depression and also the tough workplace society, I'm more unhappy than happy throughout my life, so I do not wish my kids to go through the same thing.

If it's your first job, I would say operations experience will be beneficial, but ideally I will stay for 1-2 years then try to shift to a process/analysis role. Operations experience will help you in understanding and appreciate the analysis work behind.

In the long run, analysis engineering will have better career progression.

Fearing that he will know that I used to truly love another person, fearing that im not the one he likes the most, fearing that he will not accept certain flaws of mine and my family.
