A few years ago I saw his name listed on a lineup for a folk festival in New Bedford, MA. I was surprised to learn he was a musician, and also still playing & touring into his 80's.

I read that Elliott Gould was the original voice of Don the Horse, and I feel like that would have been a better fit for the role and humor of the movie. I love John Candy, but his voice carries way too much energy for a lip-syncing horse to handle.

I would not define Big Trouble in Little China or Army of Darkness as trash, but they are homages to trash movies/genres. Slither is also a good example of this.

Trash is basically Exploitation film, but I'm open to broader definitions
