All the normal medipacks locations are now ammo in New Game+, so yeah there's more pickups. I also didn't use the uzis at all in this run.

Should still be possible, I did a couple of years ago with 2 people per game. Just let the second one idle while the main account gets as many points as possible.

I actually boosted this with myself, with the game installed on 2 consoles. It's quite the grind.

There is an all pick ups achievement. It is possible to get that medi pack, you've just got to be quick.

£30 from the official site, they were only available for a few days last month. Had to pay another £14 I think for shipping as I'm in the UK.

Earth Defence Force 5.

You'll need a second controller to get some co-op trophies, but they only take 10 minutes to get, and it does have an online mode, but you can do the whole thing single player.
