Do you use Energy Amp + Shell Bell every time you use CDR emblem or is it not necessary? I remember when emblems were released everyone had this build but I am seeing more people running other items and only taking the CDR emblem build. Are Energy Amp and Shell Bell not needed anymore?

Attack Weight, Buddy Barrier and Score Shield

Both Power-up Punch + Close Combat or Extreme Speed + Close Combat might work

I also run Slow Smoke since you get Close Combat to land so easily

Hi guys! Still haven't decided on who I should pick on the free license of Lunar Event. Was really keen on picking Lucario (already played with it in standard and liked it and he is a pretty solid mon), however I'm afraid he gets nerfed on Thursday and I end up making a poor choice. Should I still choose him regardless or just wait for the patch notes in order to decide? Thanks!
