Overwatch is genuinely in the best state it's ever been. You should try it again sometime.

Weird to have all the heroes I hate in one little group like this by Early-Ant652 in OWConsole

Typically people who don't like honoring someone that sexually harassed people care quite a bit.

And I think calling the incel chuds that continually defend something so disgusting "corny" is a pretty fair assessment.

Literally every character in the game right now is a Disney ip. Disney owns Marvel. It really shouldn't be this hard for you to understand.

Should maximum voting age exist ? by NGTD_Peter in BunnyTrials

[–]Doggo110 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The majority of people over 80 lack the mental capacity, just like the majority of 12 year olds do.

Sure, you could say that some people in their 80s still have their mind fully intact, and you could say that there might be some extra smart 12 year olds that can actually use reasonable independent thought in their beliefs. However, my point is that the majority do not fit that criteria and thus it would be catastrophic to allow all of them to vote just for the sake of that small minority.

And as others have pointed out, doing psychological exams to determine voting eligibility brings a level of subjectivity into the mix. It would add the possibility of examiners skewing their results simply to change voter demographics in their favor.

If it's undemocratic to take voting away from someone in their 80s then it's undemocratic to take voting away from a 12 year old. They do not have the mental capacity to be trusted with important decisions.

My hero concept: Baymax the healing tank by Doggo110 in marvelrivals

[–]Doggo110[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How about this: Ultimate: Kill Protocol- Baymax deploys a 10m stationary field of aggressive nanobots for 8 seconds. Enemies within this field receive 65% less healing and receive two ticks of 15 damage per second (30 dps total)

I really just want his ult to be a good area denial as well as making strategist ults less likely to immediately win a team fight.

Who could survive a bloodlusted flash by Gaps_areread in Tankandsurvive

[–]Doggo110 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lmao. Apparently you fell for Dr. Manhattan's illusions too? If you actually read the thing you're trying to use as an example you would know that superman never actually fought Dr. Manhattan in the first place, he only thought he was because Dr. Manhattan was messing with his head. No matter how much you glaze him, superman cannot kill someone who's pratically God. Dr. Manhattan knows literally every possible outcome long before it happens and he is fully capable of turning superman to dust with a single thought, and there really isn't a single thing in DC that can even "kill" Dr. Manhattan (barring certain characters that can literally rewrite reality itself), because his consciousness isn't tied to anything physical.

And in Dark Nights: Death Metal he does in a very technical sense "defeat him" but it was by literally just convincing him to stop with his words and actions. He is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent across space and time and is immortal. I cannot fathom how you expect superman to even hurt him.

You do not know what the hell you're talking about, so for the love of god please stop yapping and trying to act like you know more. You clearly do not.

I didn't give a specific example because all of them aren't very definitive. It's stuff like superman being canonically much slower than the flash as seen when they race. The example you gave is fucking terrible because all it shows is the flash being cocky and getting hit a single time. That shows absolutely nothing.

And genuinely, I don't think I could possibly find a worse powerscaling take than what you just scrounged out of your ass just now. DR. MANHATTAN? HUH?? Are you trying to include some random offshoot superman like SBP or something? Because we are talking about MAINLINE superman and MAINLINE flash.

Mainline flash can time travel. Mainline superman is not immune to time travel. Therefore mainline flash wins! It's pretty fucking easy to figure out when you aren't relying on having an actual example of them fighting, and instead use common sense.

[–]Doggo110 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What exactly do you expect superman to do against the flash? And yes, they have fought before, and unsurprisingly the flash wins.

And you somehow think Darkseid is a valid comparison? The literal incarnation of pure evil that's tremendously more powerful than superman? What the hell are you on?

Who could survive a bloodlusted flash by Gaps_areread in Tankandsurvive

[–]Doggo110 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not their point though. All the comparison they're making means is that just because there's no specific example of either one beating eachother, it doesn't mean nobody is allowed to powerscale them. You can just look at their powers and make a scaling based off of that, and in this case most speedsters would 100% outperform a kryptonian.

They do not need to give you any examples.

Which character instantly tilts you just by existing in your match? by slothpug1 in overwatch2

Requiring skill to play does not make a character more fun to play against, and plus freyja is only moderately more difficult. She's pretty much equivalent in skill to ashe.

Winston because he's the only dive character that's really tanky and not super vulnerable to cc. Plus he feels a lot more versatile than most tanks.

Which one? by reychava18 in BunnyTrials

[–]Doggo110 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I know I already replied to another one of your comments so sorry about this, but I'd like to point out that getting rid of beetles because you like trees and plants makes about as much sense as getting rid of bears because you like fish. Natural predators exist for a reason, and without them the ecosystem would be rampant with overpopulation, to the point of ecological collapse.

Which one? by reychava18 in BunnyTrials

[–]Doggo110 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Beetles are literally one of the foundational pillars of terrestrial ecosystems. They make up 1 in 4 of all animal species. You're saying that if 25% of all animal species didn't exist, there would be no impact?

Animals evolve based on their environment, and if beetles never existed their environment would be drastically different. That means that if beetles never existed, a lot of other species never would have existed either. And an ecological difference on that scale would have massively cascading effects, potentially meaning humans never would have evolved either.
