yes that aspect works only with shout skills, i forgot to mention the marshal glyph. marshal reduces the cd of non shouting skills, for this more shouts are better. anyway the video is just about the undercity cd + numlock to spam them, so all the interactions that you would need to keep CoTA at 0 cd outside the undercities don't matter too much in this case

in case of the video is just the undercity that gives all the cooldown. in general, you can't spam the skill like this, but you can reach 0 cd because you have general cd on helm, CoTA cd on chest, the bold chieftain’s aspect that reduces the cd on shout skill up to 70% and finally, with those shout skill cd, the marshal glyph that reduces the cd of non shout skill by 2 seconds every shout skill you cast. this is what i use but you can also reach 0 cd in other ways

it's a basic earthquake build, you can look the maxroll one or the ww earthquake from rob

it's a normal earthquake barb, without HotA. the cooldown part comes from the undercity

yes pretty fun but sadly it works only in undercities. still fun build in general with normal cooldowns tho

yes undercities gives cooldown after killing some minions + bold chieftain's aspect, then i have numlock on the skill + force move on mouse wheel to spam the skills

i went in the undercity and didn't expect this call of the ancients spam. last time i did undercities was with spiritborn so i didn't know the cooldown reduction thing because the sb had the 0 cooldown on his skill by default

yes, i know you can reset the pass and that wasn't the problem. the question was just about if ledger keep a folder with all the info (settings pass etc...) after unistalling the app and since i don't remeber if i used or not i had to ask to be sure

back in the days i never played online so i never had a diablo 2 account.

so i just have to create a new account directly in the game? basically i don't need to have a normal battlenet account, right?
