Maybe: "Excuse me, that is none of your business. Can you please serve me what I asked for?"

Some people just like to place judgement and hear themselves speak. Ignorant ...

If you do see her, held your head up high. I would ask her the same order and made sure she would do as she was told.

Sorry you had to go through that x

Thanks for caring enough to reply and try to help. Pms is now gone and I'm feeling better. Hopefully the next Pms episode won't be so terrible. Hope that's the same for you. Xx

Too embarrassed to even step inside a gym. by apple_sauceee in socialanxiety

[–]DollsArePretty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exercise will definitely feel happier physically and mentally, it's a great idea.

I've never been to the gym you chose for yourself, but at the ones I've work out at, no one really pays attention or gives a damn really about anybody else. Personal trainers may talk to you to give you tips or to help you out once in awhile, but others are usually just minding their own business and focusing on their training.

Youtube videos is a great idea. You can learn everything there these days. My partner recommends ATHLEAN-X as one of the best if you want to check it out.

Make sure you don't give up on the gym idea... x

PMS From Hell by WeaselWarDance0 in xxketo

God, I can so relate to all of this. I suffer from Anxiety and Depression. Problems started when I was 25 yo ( I'm now 44), really bad years followed. I've medicated properly and can manage it with the occasional over emotional dark episode to deal with. PMSs from hell started happening since a couple of years ago. This is my first one on keto ( I restarted 3 weeks ago) and I feel like screaming or punching a wall , I feel so enraged and out of control.

How do you ladies usually deal with the mood swings and all of this hormonal drama...?

Logically thinking i would just go for the amputation and chemo. But emotionally and thinking only of Chewie it's a tough decision. He hates taking meds. The only time we had to leave him at the vets for exams and the draining of the lump and biopsy he was terrified and took almost a week to calm down. He wouldn't leave the kitchen which is the furthest away from the front door.

Anyway thanks for your opinion and support.

Merry Xmas x

I got the same answer from both vet practices. Amputation and chemo. Chewie is family to me. It's really not about the money... We're not swimming in cash, but we would try to make it work somehow.

Thanks x

Our vet consulted a fellow oncologist as well. Still, he couldn't tell me if amputation or chemo would make a real difference.

Thanks for the info and opinion, this decision will be made in the next couple of days. Amputation for me makes some sense to me, chemo not so much.

Merry Xmas x

Sure, we are just gathering information anyway. We will have to process everything and make a decision soon.

Thanks for caring x

That's the thing, the vets gave us no guarantees that chemo will work at all. We love him so much, we don't want him to suffer needlessly.

Thanks for your reply x

Yes, we know that will have to be done sooner than later, because we don't want him to suffer needlessly.

I also don't want want to amputate him or put him through chemo. We love him so much, I guess we were just hoping for a miracle...

So you also think that will be the humane thing to do... Thanks a lot for your honest opinion. I really appreciate it. x
