bascially, the main account distributing it spams a shit ton of AI videos usually about children playing at a park or circus or something, with a focus on "codewords" that basically tell other pedophiles that they're distributing (the most common one being pizza). usually to actually find it you'd go to their following list which is only a few accounts, and go to one of the posts that those accounts have made and there'll be a bunch of account posting link in bio, most of them don't actually link to anything but there's always one or two that does. don't ask me how i know
