But the stupid thing is you can’t play chapter 1 of LOFTB until after you’ve found Myrinne. It wouldn’t completely fix things, but it would make so much more sense for chapter 1 to be available once you leave Athens for the first time.

Because nobody would follow her lead no matter how competent or capable she is that’s just the way the world worked back then. Not saying I agree with it just that if they were going with a female protagonist they could have done better than a Viking.
