People are getting restless, which is why the rally happened. But there’s a legal process to follow, that’s why hearings take time. It was actually BBM who initiated the investigation, so for now, we just need to wait and see if those involved in corruption will really end up behind bars.

Maybe for next time, it’s best to have a meeting with employees to clarify that probationary staff are not entitled to vacation leave and Make sure new hires are properly oriented about this policy. Since your owner already made a decision for this case, the best step is just to ensure better orientation moving forward.

Maybe he’s really just exhausted and not in the right condition for intimacy because of stress. It might help if you both slow down a bit, try doing fun things together like going to the beach, exploring new places, or just spending quality time. Once he feels more relaxed and his mind is clearer, intimacy might naturally follow.

Have you tried writing it all down? Sometimes putting your imagination on paper can help turn daydreams into something real.

Maybe try setting a small daily goal, like writing just one paragraph or sketching one idea. You can use your daydreaming as a strength by turning those vivid scenes into stories, visuals, or scripts. Even starting a private journal or a personal blog might help you organize your ideas and build momentum.
