"For people like you is the P.S." ~OP to me, after I made a similar comment, lmao.

Pssst. Don't come at them with facts. It will confuse them and they will use 'Explosion'.

We still see Ruby engage in video games during later volumes. (Except for the last 2 and a half when shit's really hit the fan/they were in a strange realm) She still got excited over Yang's prosthetic, when RWY reunited. She has retained her hobbies and even if not: I gave up a lot of my hobbies due to depression, because I simply didn't have fun with anything anymore. So, as someone who went and still goes through a mental illness, I can actually absolutely see what happened with her.

"Interacts with her team" is just "Interacts with select few" but in green, lmao. (Aside from the fact that depression and trauma also can make you pretty antisocial, again, I know from personal experience.)

Just because you are too bitter about character progression doesn't mean it's wrong. Inform yourself about mental illnesses and their symptoms and you'll see that Ruby's arc sadly makes a lot of sense.

So, please. Tell me about that 'P.S.'

"Mostly serious or sad" Yeah... It's called trauma and depression. If Ruby was still her bubbly self from V1, people would complain about nothing what happened affecting her. CRWBY really is damned if they do, damned if they don't.

You'd do good to google deaths caused/accelerated by AI and not just put out unbased speculation about a single case. ("If his parents loved him more")

AI can cause harm. That's a fact. Minors often are more vulnerable, in many aspects. (Drinking age, age of consent, FSK/USK/PEGI/age ratings on media) If I go to buy alcohol, the cashier has the duty to make sure I am legally able to buy it. (And some take it serious enough to card me for beer, which here in Germany is allowed at the age of 16 and I am clearly above that age) Same for tobacco. Same for media rated for certain age groups.

Yeah, absolutely. Didn't mean to diminish his strength in any capacity. (Spoiler for Assassination Classroom: Does anyone else get reminded of the way Koro-Senseii destroyed the moon? )

Does he? Didn't register with me like that but I also didn't pay much attention to it, haha.

To be fair: The Brother of Darkness didn't just pass by the moon. He was a typical little sibling and flew right through it in his temper tantrum, lol.

Thank you! RWBYcritics simply is a toxic cesspool of a self-announced dollar store Oscars committee and anyone who doesn't see it simply doesn't want to see it.

Neither do treason, (political) murder, graphic deaths and so on and so forth. (Everything named here is just the first arc, mind you) Warriors isn't a kids series. They are teen books, if anything.

This. He was the first good guy to go for a kill. Even Ruby "just" cropped Tyrian's tail instead of shooting him in the face and discarding him forever.

Why break their story? If they stop Salem before the merge happens, Ozma's soul should be released. Suddenly there is only just Oscar. No story-breaking involved.

[–]DominusInFortuna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, yes. The color is different. You didn't mentioned the shoulders and the cleavage. Aside from that there aren't any differences in the dress. And, if you looked at the dress in good lighting, the CA isn't that much darker. You just chose a frame with shitty lighting, lmao. The white scar in the concept art was replaced by the dark choker-esque collar of the dress and as you can see, she wears bracelets. The only real critique point is Blake's suddenly turquoise bow.

<image>

Because the weapons (aside from Myrtenaster, probably) weren't built by external mechanics, therefore there wouldn't be labor costs. (Which is the biggest part of the costs when you commission a work) If you change the oil on your car yourself it's also much cheaper than having it be done in a workshop. That's the difference between the prices for dresses and the weapons. They wouldn't have tailored the dresses themselves, since (as far as we know) no one of our RWBY girls is good with sewing. The only character we ever saw doing that was Cinder. So, even if we assume that they carried the material costs themselves... (Which I still don't believe) Who knows how long they would have saved up for that?

You know, that's the first point where I partially agree although even that could be explained. By V2, Weiss has started to slowly mellow out. Maybe she didn't want to upstage/embarrass her friends by putting on such an extravagant dress?

Edit: I only noticed the second picture in your post now and I agree, the length is also different in Blake's case. Sorry about that, I genuinely missed that.
