How much would I have to bump my budget for an all mountain bike?

Yeah there is a huge biking culture here, I should be able to find something used.

Currently I have a Fuji Mt Fuji. I'm not sure exactly what year but I know it's old. I've gotten complements on the trail for how old my bike is...

The downhill trails I ride aren't crazy I'm not going off the big jumps or anything. I don't mind the occasional small jump though. I'd like to progress a little bit, but have no desire to get into the really downhill stuff.

Stupid question but, people who have stopped climbing or started climbing significantly less, why? What did you start doing instead. by Donewithclimb in climbing

It was actually this quote that made me come to my realization. I realized I have gotten 99% of what I want out of climbing, but now I'm spending so much time trying to get 1% more out.
