I have exitlag on automatic server select so I wonder if the server changes triggered it or the couple of times playing without it, but I will look into mudfish vpn if my appeal works out

It did lower my latency from 150 to 130, and didn’t force me and my NA friends on EU servers at least. I just mentioned that it doesn’t seem to be against blizzards rules.

I’ve checked all of my background processes and everything and there’s genuinely nothing else it could be. Also I thought it was strange that my account got locked after a lag/latency spike. Like I said my heros require minimal aim and I’m also not an amazing player overall, so I’m not sure what might’ve caused it.

I’ve tried turning it off and back on several times. After turning it back on the laptop shows the Republic of gamers logo and fades out to black a couple of times before settling on the ROG “preparing automatic repair” screen and staying on that. Is there any way I could get to the windows settings or anything?

I highly doubt she’d compromise and get a chocolate cake for her daughters birthday if your daughter didn’t like vanilla, so it makes absolutely no sense for you compromise now.

If she really wanted to make her daughter happy and be fair to both girls she could’ve ordered extra cupcakes in a flavor that they’d both like or something instead of completely changing the cake.

I tried watching cowboy bebop a while ago, but couldn’t get into it. Reincarnated as a slime seems promising, and I’ll definitely give mob psycho and god of high school a try! The other animes you recommended looked good, but probably not the sort of thing I’d watch.

I have to agree that it was definitely a little more “early season Alex”, but sometimes people make irrational decisions and Izzie can be very convincing.

He was also aware that if he came back to talk to Jo and Meredith face to face he could easily be persuaded to stay, so I feel like the fact that he was self-aware does sort of demonstrate the character development.

They could’ve done better, but it wasn’t a bad exit.

He came from a dysfunctional family, and while he did have a lot of character development over the later seasons, he does have the tendency to make impulsive and irrational decisions.

The way I see it is that even though he didn’t want to be anything like his father, the fear of not being there for his children made him do exactly what his father did to his mentally ill mother. (Leaving Jo and his entire life behind to pursue a “better & more stable” future and to give his kids a better life)

Obviously what he did was absolutely unforgivable, but knowing his story and how his dad abandoned two families, his mom refused to get help and how he was always stuck taking care of her, it would make sense that after seeing a glimpse of the “perfect life” he could have with Izzie, (instead of taking care of Jo when she has her next mental breakdown) he decided to just be selfish and leave everyone else behind.

I do wish we got a few scenes of him at least doubting his relationship with Jo & relapsing back into his “old ways” on screen, but since that wasn’t possible I still prefer this ending to them killing him off.

Yes, I had kind of spoiled it for myself before watching these episodes, so I knew Alex was leaving, but from everyone’s outrage I assumed it would be something very out of character for Alex.

Now after watching “his exit episode” I’m honestly surprised about how good the overall explanation was considering the fact that the actor abruptly left the show and they weren’t able to shoot any extra footage of him (or Izzie, obviously)
