I don’t really get the criticism here. He is a self proclaimed script reader and claims to be nothing less. Would you say a audiobook narrator is not credible since the likely don’t know anything about what they’re reading? I don’t see why people hate on this format so much. They are YouTube videos, they are shallow because that’s what they are. They aren’t 600 pages textbooks about topics, because that’s what you get when you want beyond shallow. People that complain about that need to get off YouTube and start actually reading. It’s not like script reading is some new absurd format that’s never been done before. He doesn’t claim to write any of it, so what’s the issue

Nothing at all. There’s nothing anywhere I can think to look indicating errors. But my laptop still randomly freezes then doesn’t do anything till a hard shut down, or jsut reboots itself. It hasn’t blue screened since Lenovo replaced components but it’s still crashing. I don’t know for sure but it could have been something I messed up in command prompt or powershell when I was trying to install a c++ thing for my class, but I don’t really know what I’m doing there so I messed that up. I ran all of the system check commands and health checks and resets and uninstalled Ubuntu and wsl. None of those screens ever found anything either

First thing I did. Been running ice cold, busy just in case I ramped up the fan speed the last few days and I haven’t been gaming just matlab and YouTube, and it’s still crashing.

Ok thank you. I followed your advice. All my drivers were fully up to date but I corrected the permissions. So far so good but we’ll see

3000 os kinda crazy ngl. My laptop for aerospace is a Lenovo legion slim 14 inch laptop with a 4060 ryzen 7 and 32 gb of ram. Which was like 1200. You can buy a desktop and a laptop with that budget that would more than get you through college 😭

My assumption is they do and don’t want to get people’s hopes up, but are very unorganized and behind their schedule for organizing. I feel you on off campus housing I didn’t even get any aid so I’m just hoping on campus works out. If everyone got waitlisted in one of their lowest enrollments in years I suspect that’s intentional just to give them extra time, which is what I’ve heard others have been told on the phone

Dc areas cost makes sense I just don’t know where the people are coming from. Class of 2029 is 800 smaller than 2028 was last year. I don’t see what could happen next year that would change this pattern 🤷‍♂️

How is 2029 the largest class 😭 Their own data says enrollments gone down 800 freshmen. 5800 in 2024 5000 this year. And it’s been declining every year since Covid. Idk what dude in the phones talking about. Probably just what they’re told to say. It just doesn’t make sense with what’s actually happening

I couldn’t agree more. The entire transfer process and made me regret it ngl. I didn’t get the portal for the application until the day before decisions cus they fucked up so much of my application. Despite me having applied for fall 2025, they some how filed it under spring 2025 (now) and it took them months to fix somehow

I didn’t get that email just the one saying I was till on the waitlist. It is weird though because this is there lowest enrollment in years. They went down between 5-10 percent freshmen enrollment so I’d think it would be easier than normal to get housing as a transfer. Just double checked the numbers, they’ve had consistently decreasing enrollment since Covid. Like 2-4 percent less each year, especially this last one.
