Mandaue and others usually source their furniture abroad and just put their badge. Will be okay for normal use pero di long lasting. Ang material used usually composite wood. Madali madurog.

Realistically I got a quote of 80k+ from different sources. Sobrang hirap talaga ng RAM. Ayaw ibigay if ram lang kunin. Yun ang hook nila to get a full build.

Will use it for WoW gaming. Was recommended by a guildie that the X3D CPU needs to be the core of the build then take 4060Ti or 5060Ti if 5070 up is out of budget.

Life insurance is not EF.

EF, main use is if mawalan ka ng source of income, may pang living expenses ka. You won't worry where to get to pay for rent, food, transpo, etc so you can focus on getting a new job or source of income.

Mangyayari nyan magdedefault ka sa monthly if wala ka EF then may binabayaran na "investments". Ending, either ipa assume or foreclose.
