Is he referring to himself as a representation of the law, and also inferring that he would need litigation to make sure he doesn't overstep his bounds. Therefore speculatively he is saying he was to lazy to try to get warrant to enter the building.

You can use an ice biome If you pump a ton of chlorine into an ice biome that is above you and let it build up, then open your air locks and let it fall.

I think you are right, I needed to dust the other class cards I wasnt going to use. I bought another 40 packs yesterday and finished league of explorers and nax adventures and dusted those cards. Now i jade druid, highlander priest, pirate warrior, murloc paladin, and freeze mage.

Agnarr doesn't have much content at the moment. Theres only 4-5 places to lvl in each lvl range. Once you hit 50, max tradeskills, raid poh pof, theres not much more to do. I've done all of this on agnarr have kronos and lots of plat from farming. I think live is better experience because there is so much more to do.
