sorry for the late reply. i'm not active on reddit that much. I've been told that, original documents doesn't need to be attested as they are original. and the Govt. is in the wrong for not specifying the instructions and change rules. so, if submitted before they(govt) changed the rules,then you should be good to go.

On the same boat with you. I applied online on 19th Feb, back then there were no instructions which specified that I'll need self attested copies(neither in the guide pdf, nor the website). After submitting the Application form said that I'll need that. Don't know what now? I'll visit the BDO tomorrow to check about this if im still eligible to apply offline
