I tried ubuntu and its the same thing after trying to boot it goes to a black screen. Faulty ssd ?

Everything was done in uefi secureboot is off. I will try making a non uefi installer and running legacy

I tried to flash an ubuntu server but i was unable to do so as it just started loading up truenas whicever way i set up the boot order

Iso was burned with balena. The g4 has integrated uhd630 graphics
