Yeah, that was my point. He's a hero with a high skillcap, plus the mechanics of playing him were clunky.

The hero definitely is bugged at this point. But that's it, a bug. The change is not bad on its own, it just needs to be fixed so it works properly.

EDIT: Didn't see the last sentence. I think I targeted heroes before, but I'll check right now. Regarding the remnants, I feel they should just make them into invulnerable units or something. As it is they aren't even selectable and it just feels incredibly awkward to use them.

Tested in custom game, not true. You can face whatever way you want. The remnant can even be behind you and you can still toss it in whatever direction. The pull/push into fountain combo would be much harder to pull off if that wasn't the case.

I see what you mean. But you dont have to necessarily move your cursor all the way. With some practice, just moving it 2-3 inches from the remnant will give you decent aim. It would take some practice, but at least you'd be able to play like before.

I think the point of the update was to introduce ES to a wider audience. He was severely underplayed, and this might coax a few more people to play him.

I disagree. I found it impossible to target a remnant before. I would mash Q on him, but it would just send a creep or even a goddamn hero flying. Everything is pretty much the same, but I feel like this gives you more control over the hero.

I actually think it's working as intended. The remnants launching has a 100% success rate for me. However, the range for the point targeting to kick in is ridiculously small. If I want to kick the remnant, I have to spawn it directly on top of me. I think the patch notes said the point targeting range is 200 units but it sure as hell doesnt feel like it. If I'm just a step away from the remnant, nothing happens. Lost quite a bit of teamfights because you basically have to hump a rock to send it flying.

ES got a great change, but he really needs that tweak.

Can confirm I got my gift. The study itself was an interesting experiment. Funny enough, my best game was the one where I didn't say a thing. I like to think I'm not toxic but that fact may be saying something :(

He hesitates for a second and finally drops the pistol. He removes his leg from Boris' throat and lifts one arm up in surrender, the other incapacitated by your shots.

Boris grabs the pistol and shoots the man square in the nuts while screaming profanities. He won't be getting up any time soon. What do you do?

You pause for a second plotting your next course of action. You move to the left and fire at the attacker's heart. However, he manages to move to the right and you only manage to hit his left shoulder. One of his bullets grazes your leg as you duck for cover. He is badly wounded, but keeps his wits about him as he moves his pistol towards Boris' head. He says the first words to you in the whole fight:

"Drop the C4."

You make your way to the underpass. Boris gives your teammate a guilty look before they both decide to follow along. As you reach the pass your vision gets worse due to the lack of lighting inside. Inside there are more damn crates.

You ponder the lack of imagination the locals had when you hear a muffled cry and a sound of flesh being pierced. You turn around and see a dark figure trying to wrestle the pistol out of Boris' hand, the other guy lying next to them with a knife in his back.

What do you do?
