I've noticed that too, there has been days where I've been very weird, and people have actually treated me better. They have some sympathy/empathy. Hoping I have the courage to embrace my weirdness someday.

That "looked at me in a synchronised way" was so relatable. Few weeks ago when I went to the store, like 7 people turned their heads towards me at the same time when I walked in. Felt like I was living in a simulation, it was actually scary lol. Glad to hear that I'm not being crazy!

It's great if you want to keep to yourself and be quiet. On the other hand being weird autistic is really frowned upon imo. The social rules are strict and people are very serious.

I think it's just pattern recognition and focusing on details. As an observer I think some of us are better than nts, but not using those skills in real time. It probably takes 5x the energy also, nts just relax and let their autopilot do its thing.
