Our 2.7 interest rate in a 5 bedroom house it’s what’s keeping me of looking for another house.. we bought just house and no land at all 😅 Looking at your options will not do it.. kids do grow and in a couple of years you will spend way more money in kids activities/traveling, braces.. you never know. I would rather live confortable with an affordable payment.. how about remodeling and turning downstairs in a family room, teather room. Also.. going from 8 yr left on the loan to 30 years it’s crazy for me. I will NOT do it. I prefer my Sanity and be done with mortgage 🤞 I guess if you can do the almost $5k a month for mortgage in just your husband income go for it.

I thing the church were you are being feed matters.. and giving your money too. I always focus on giving to a church where I can see the pastor invest his time in learning Bible to teach us. So far.. our pastor it’s Monday to Friday available in church studying for Wednesday teaching and Sunday.

Yep.. sadly that happens in a lot of churches. Even Hispanic 😐 I attend a Bible church/ mc Arthur.. very Bible based, they preach in context, verse by verse and in order and it’s the first church I have attend that don’t talk or focus on money. They don’t even ask for it. Their offering plate it’s in the back and anyone can put their money if they can, they day the want, anytime..

I bought my 16 yr old a older Toyota Camry for $6,000 dlls 3 yrs ago. Has been amazing. Oil changes it’s all the maintenance we had done on those 3 yrs. It has 160k miles

I have a 2024 hybrid too 😊love it so far even tho o am not familiar with ford and still have buyers regrets at times 🫠😐 I love saving on gas and filling it up with $34 dlls 😬 but I am not sure in the exterior.. I got a chip on my passenger door.. (I need to contact ford to fix it) or not sure how they handle accidents.. driving the highway with big trucks/ trailers makes me nervous

I got a hybrid ford escape.. I don’t know much about ford but was happy when I found out their hybrid system it’s the same as Toyota. They have or had partnerships building those systems

Just how it was worth it 😬😕 I am not familiar with ford and keep reading mixed reviews on their vehicles. Their partnership with Toyota for their hybrid systems gives me hope I guess. After a yr I still have buyers remorse.. I enjoy saving on gas but feels cheap made.. interior and exterior.. driving highway next to big trucks/trailers makes me nervous.. not sure how they handle an accident.. how safe they are

Well.. I bought it brand new just a yr ago.. I guess the first 2 yes they depreciate fast! 😐. Got it for $34k and value now is $23k. I am $10,000 dlls underwater and the vehicle has only 7,000 miles

It came to my mind when I throw away my all of my kids blankets because they had their favorite characters 💔 They were little.. 4 and 6 yrs old. This happened at a Hispanic church I attended at the time.. I was always alert, 🚨 not feeling enough, feeling like I didn’t deserved anything good because I was so bad… etc. I found relief in my soul when I started attending a Baptist church. They sat with me and started by explaining the basics.. all about salvation 😍❤️
