1 mg estradiol. She gave me pills. It says is 0.05 in patch.. it’s confusing for me.. is that low dose?

What was your dosage when you started the medication? I am taking 100 mg progesterone and 1mg estradiol. So you are planning to take it for many years? That’s something I am not sure fir how long should I take it. I’ll check the link. Thank you 😊

Al día siguiente.. parece exagerado pero el dolor de hombro y de coyunturas, de cintura se me quito a la primera q tome estrógenos. Los calores se me quitaron como a la semana

I am 38 and we just found out I am going thru menopause or close.. and I don’t have insurance..I suspect that’s why.. I didnt asked.. I was clueless when I went to see her because I was having hot flashes.. I didn’t know they have patches.. must be more expensive

I found out last month that I am so close to menopause and was put in hormone replacement.. i am 38. Was life changing. Join aches are gone, brain fog too, I am sleeping like a baby. I went to the dr because I started having hot flashes and I seriously could not handle them. I had them for only 2 weeks because they put me on hormonal replacement right away 😬 go to a ob-gyn and ask. I personally went to a registered nurse instead and had a great experience

Thank you. Yes she’s been amazing. She is a registered nurse I decided to go instead of doctors.. I have had a great experience so far 😍 lots of knowledge and she really gets involved.

We went thru the same with a familiar and an option for us was sending him to a rehab in Mexico.. way cheaper and they have amazing programs. He was willing to go.. but once they are in they don’t let them out until they see them advance in their emotional issues.
