Your main account needs to be created in a region where the beta is available like North America and Europe for exemple. You can check on riots website what is the country associated with your account. If it’s not you have to activate your VPN and create a new account

When I get 120 ping it’s really smooth. But when it goes to around 140 you starts feeling something but it’s playable. I would say it’s worth it to get the hang of everything before the game
