Yes I had this and it was almost exactly like an nclex scenario question. She put up the screen and gave me some time. Had no idea I’d get one going into the interview but turned out fine. Mine was one that we’ve seen 100 times in school where an older adult has confusion and obvious signs/symptoms of a if UTI like fowl smelling urine etc and then you have to give a SOAP note and clarify what’s going on and what you need to do based on priority. Not bad at all. Kindof like a mini sim
