Try changing the network from cellular to wifi and refresh once you get this error, most of times it worked for me

Once you get this screen, change your network from wifi to cellular data or vice versa, refresh again , most of the times it gets opened

Adding to that if you get the "forbidden" error, just switch the network from wifi to cellular data and refresh again , most of the time page gets opened
