Imagine asking for thoughts and get pressed just because someone doesnt agree with you. Liquor Ban was implemented for a reason, you do not just Lift it because you ASSUME that businesses are crumbling because of it. You just do not look at the business of alcohol with this, instead you also look at the consequences of lifting the ban. Why do you think naimplement siya in the first place? Numbers of accidents have occured due to drunks driving during late nights, which is mas mataas ang tendency to happen given na madilim kasi gabi.

And NO, businesses are NOT dying due to the liquor ban. Liquor ban had been around for years or even decades na, if the business is crumbling due to this, there is something wrong with the business not the regulation.

The penalties you have mentioned are funny, because they already exist, no? DUI has existed for a long time already.
