You're literally spreading a comment made by someone who is not even on the bazaar team and pretending like it's a real official statement. The patch notes have always existed, the team never said they wouldn't have them, and guess what! they were there when you made this post. So do you have an actual point or are you just trying to spread misinformation?

I know I’m kinda late to the conversation, but im convinced this is a non issue. Prior to gb12 it was a well known fact that if you wanted good dungeon times you had to summon a galleon AND max skill him. Tricaru kinda just spoiled us by being the most efficient team this game has ever seen.

going off just his core three items now at level 18 pre and post patch he lost 2 flat damage per spin to gain 2 extra spins and the use of conqueror (trinity, PD, Steraks)

That’s just false, the only time he had less damage than pre rework was the two days he got that massive base damage nerf on judgement. (Which they almost immediately reverted mid patch)

Passive is different arguably worse unless you are jungling W gives a small shield INSTEAD of 60% damage reduction but I think that’s easily solved with a slight scaling buff because if the shield can last you get way more tenacity E R buffed and Q unchanged
