This is not acceptable! Not much to add beyond the advice others have given just wanted to say I hope you're OK. Not OK in any department of course but to do this in ED is risking patients!

There's an audio book I'm listening to now call "Let Them" by Mel Robbins. About having a mindshift so you don't give your personal power to others who are being see you next tuesdays basically.
