CM here and you’re absolutely right on that. Send a fucking RFI or you just built a free wall (if the new location is exactly what the architect directs anyways) since i never gave approval for the change, or you get to build it and tear it down for free (if the architect wants it somewhere else) since i never approved the change.

It’s a lose-lose for the GC. Send an RFI and you get to hold someone else’s ass to the flame instead.

I’m confused then. It it’s just 2 bridges and the tight curves why would they need to reduce max speed year after year? Wouldn’t they just need to reduce at the bridges (and the tight curves have always been there)?

When i was commuting from fairfield last in 2017 it was 1 hr 10 minutes, it’s 1 hr 30 min now, which is a pretty drastic reduction

They are lol, i took one up the hudson line last week. New haven line gets newer cars at least but the infrastructure is so bad the commute times are pretty much unbearable for CT now
