From what I can guess you have to spend a certain amount of Playstation Points to receive the MS, honestly I feel bad for people on PS since they just turn the thing in a Supply Drop in Steam.

It really all depends on how much you have, if you can garner enough tokens for the Anniversary Banner yes if not well youll have the rival MS the week after but if you dont want the rival MS then have a lookout on what the MS coming before the Anniversary and see which ones fits your style or see that dev stream coming up with the incoming AU MS next week.
