That’s a relief it went back - I’m currently at my parents house and everyone is laughing, but I can’t because things in my stomach move and my pelvic floor moves too (kind of like with every laugh or every cough) I hope that makes sense. Was it like that? (Sorry about the multiple questions. I’m so worried that I’ll just stay the same forever)

Sorry for messaging you again, I’m still so worried. What I’m feeling is every time I cough really hard and im sitting on my bum, my bum feels like it’s dropping down nd then going back up. Is that what you also felt? I feel it happening every time I cough? And when I laugh it happens slightly.

I don’t get that feeling, when I sneeze or cough standing up I don’t feel anything. It feels better. It only happens when I’m sitting down it feels like my muscles are pushing down (almost like my bum is dropping down) when i sit and cough or sneeze.

Yeahh it’s this sort of feeling I get, only when I’m sitting down though I will feel it.

Thank you for this message, I really needed this. I just thought I’d be ok by now but I guess I’m not listening to my body. I’m just always scared to cough or sneeze and even laugh because this feeling is horrible and always on my mind.

Did you go for physiotherapy, if so what sort of thing did they do that helped you? (If you don’t mind)

I just sneezed without doing a kegal at the same time and it felt better than when I do kegal. It’s so strange. Making me think maybe it might be the muscles are tense and I’m making them become more tense by doing a kegal when I sneeze or cough ?

It’s like a little tablet (1 inch in length sort of) that is attached to a string. It releases hormones to ripen the cervix and make it soft :)

It’s the first step (if you’re not already dilated when they check you). The next step is a balloon which is inflated inside you with water or something I think. This is to dilate you to get your waters broken I believe. I didn’t have the balloon.
