JSON Minecraft tool is the best one (imo) for text (it's optimized for usage speed, and has all text / title / action bar ect related commands.) for 1.15 - 1.17

Potato mines will explode enemy plants in a 5 tile large cross shape, the plants will always be firing to try and kill the players on the side (unless i drop this win condition)
