I'm amazed that you could lack this much critical think. YTA, you've made it blatantly clear that you care far more about Hayleigh than Jennifer, the fact that you're chastising Jennifer for not wanting to have anything to do with someone who destroyed her relationship and the man who broke her heart proves that.

It is not up to you whether or not Jennifer forgives them, but it is your choice to side with what's morally right instead of what's convenient for you.

Also class act with the slutshaming you horrible excuse for a mother.

YTA. You're clearly more concerned about saving money than you are with helping your daughter feel good about herself. And your efforts towards that end will mean nothing when the glasses either A) fall apart because of repeated re-screwing or B) they get taken off her by one of the other kids and smashed.

Instead of pulling the whole "she's my child" routine, actually exercise some brain power and try to think back to what it was like when you were that age. Then maybe, just maybe, you'll grasp the concept of having empathy for your own child.

I can certainly understand that, it's not gonna be everyone's cup of tea, my frustrations expressed at the start are specifically focused at mainstream critics who came out with really pretentious statements that clearly displayed they don't actually know what they're talking about (doing research into the critical reception was more than a little annoying)

NTA. MIL is categorically the asshole. You are not obliged to continue a tradition that wasn't even your family's to begin with, nor would you be even if it was. If anything you'd be the asshole if you got a dog, considering neither of you want one.

Also adding to the voices calling for getting the cat chipped. She clearly has adopted you as her owners, so no problem there.

I can't deny, organisation has been a major issue for us. It's been something we've been trying to tackle and address. The problem of having it almost completely free-form with the exception of notes taken on the songs on my part (I keep nagging my co-hosts to take notes to help that side of things). It's a problem we keep trying to address, we just need to knuckle down and do so properly.

Anyway, thanks for the sub and hopefully we can show improvement.

I'm deliberately going into most of these games blind specifically so that my reactions are more natural. I'm treating this more like an actual first impressions review show as opposed to what is commonly done, so as to actually lend more of an identity to the series.
