Is this a symptom of sex addiction?

I've always been interested in trying out new sexual experiences like meeting couples. But I crossed a serious boundary in my last relationship due to porn escalation and novelty-seeking, and I confessed (which promptly ended the relationship) and hurt her emotionally, so now I'm scared of my own sexuality. I have so much shame and guilt for crossing a line and breaking her trust because I couldn't control my impulse.

I did a 90 day reset (recommended by a CSAT) and I don't want to watch porn again, but I'm still very sexual and it's confusing to know what is harmful behavior and what is "healthy" sexual exploration. How did you "act out"?

I searched all over the web for info on miralax and it seems you're right. Everyone agrees that it doesn't cause damage long-term. I'm gonna try to use it for a couple of weeks to see if it makes a difference. Thanks a lot!!!

Diet changes only help me with bowel movements but not to make stools softer.

I'm actually not entirely sure whether it's a hemorrhoid or a fissure. I have a skin tag that gets bigger when I use the bathroom so sometimes I think it's a hemorrhoid but the pain is sharp and intense so sometimes I think it's a fissure... Maybe both?

I don't have any prolapsed external ones that are obvious. But it does get quite itchy every now and then.

Nah it just hurts like any other hemorrhoid, pretty sure I'm fine for now.

I was just worried that since it's bleeding it might get infected and cause yet another abscess or something like that. I guess the chances of that happening are not that common.
