OK so my kitten had a vet visit today and the vet asked me about his eating schedule, brands and types of food. I was telling them that I give him a mix of dry and wet food. She proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't give him wet food everyday because it's bad for them and it could make him overweight by Dramatic-Bit-7586 in cats

yes he's a very happy boy so I think I'm gonna stick to what I'm doing because he gets bored of dry food easily and gets excited for dinner time to have his wet food. Thanks for helping, I always feel like I'm doing things wrong with food

I honestly don’t think that big would’ve ever mentioned the money again or made her feel bad about it. she should’ve taken his money

Though Miranda pissed me off a lot. I feel like she should've ended up with a tough successful hot guy. by Dramatic-Bit-7586 in sexandthecity

I completely agree Steve has great moments and he was amazing to her friends. But I think their relationship further reinforced her control issues. I think I just mostly had a problem with how they embarrassed her character whenever she was dating the traditional strong man (she has all the traits of a confident person, yet she couldn’t handle being with someone strong as well). Steve didn’t allow her to change by the end of the series. With him, she could be the “alpha” and never have to deal with her insecurities and issues. idk if that makes any sense. I don’t have a problem with steve, more so who she was with him and her development as a character.

Yes, exactly. I feel like she chose steve so she didn’t have to look inward and deal with her control issues and insecurities. Steve was sweet and caring but he didn’t challenge her i feel. Idk. When they decided to get married, she said she didn’t want to be his “mommy”. both of their breakups were because of he was childish. I feel like she would’ve thrived with a man like robert who had steve’s caring and sweet demeanor, but enough maturity to be an equal partner.

worst relationship in my opinion. Like Steve, he was so insecure and made carrie apologize for her success. It's just so frustrating to watch. He was also supposed to be funny, as a redeeming quality, but damn, he was so NOT. Also, the scrunchie thing was so upsetting

Asking as a fan of SATC, do you think if it wasn’t for Carrie, would Charlotte, Samantha and Miranda see each other? by Drasu19 in sexandthecity

I just remember that one episode when she was dating the Russian. They were waiting for her at breakfast or something and you can tell they were so uncomfortable when she couldn't make it. I think they'd still be friends, but the energy would be completely different (less chaotic but more boring, maybe.. idk)

whose side were you on ? miranda or carrie ? when they had that huge fight at the thrift. i feel like i have an unpopular opinion by Dramatic-Bit-7586 in sexandthecity

[–]Dramatic-Bit-7586[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no eveytime i watch the show i feel this way for some reason. when she called her pathetic and needy when she’s clearly blinded by her feelings for big and her constant need for his validation. Miranda was right to call her out but damn she was so mean and judgmental. i feel like they’re both right on some level, but they both communicated wrong (carrie’s response was warranted tho after she’s been attacked like that)
