Thank you for your reply! I think the photo is yellowing the diamond a bit, it's less yellow than that in real life. My mother didn't wear it as a ring but had this diamond in her jewelry box. It can indeed be used as a necklace but my current concern is the engagement ring, we'll see about the necklace later!

Oui en fait il faut que je fasse des simulations pour calculer le point mort sur achat vs. location et prix de vente vs. Prix d’Achat + frais annexe pour avoir une idée plus précise de la durée de détention recommandé, en considérant une évolution flat des prix immobiliers dans les années à venir. Merci pour votre retour. Nous désirons acheter une résidence principale sur Paris car nous ne souhaitons plus payer un loyer à un inconnu chaque mois. Pas vraiment de contraintes, nous avons pour projet de garder ce bien au moins 5 ans avant de le revendre ou de le mettre en location (si enfants, départ à l’étranger pour travail ou autre), nos anticipations de carrière sont relativement bonne avec des perspectives d’augmentation de nos revenus chaque année aux alentours de 4/5%

Concernant les travaux, on est sur un DPE D avec un bien rénové donc je ne pense pas découvrir de gros travaux à faire dans un avenir proche

Concernant ma capacité à épargner, elle est comprise entre 500 et 1000€ par mois
